Agile Enterprise Planning
Whether starting from the idea that agile could benefit your organization, or you've made a start but need a reset, Mavrow Agile has a stepped approach to go from white page, to frontrunner roll-out. Elements include:

Enterprise-wide orientation to Agile. This is an important step for the organization's leaders to 'get on the same page' of understanding of agile: history, lexicon, organizational change, moving from software development to broad business practice, ingredients of success, and pitfalls to avoid. This is a milestone point to make an informed decision on whether to proceed with agile adoption

Refinement of the Agile Reference Model. Here we assess the organization's goals, and how those can be addressed with a practical model of agile practices. The planning covers 5 areas of the organization: strategy, structure, process, people, technology.

Build-out of the agile structure. With the reference model in hand, we will work together to establish an internal agile design team, and set to the exciting work of building out the frontrunner squads, pods, and associated structure that will take agile forward.

As an Enterprise coach, I can range from individual squad assessments and support through improving use of agile tools and ceremonies, but also scale up to assessment and adjustment of the agile enterprise and its connection to the goals of the organization. This can be achieved through various facilities such as the establishment of a high value quarterly business review, implementing regular squad health checks, and agile design team road-mapping.
